Senior Accountant wanted for Baldwin & Company, P.C. in Oklahoma City, OK.
Preparation of consolidated corporate tax returns and estate
tax, and perform in-depth tax research and interpretation on complex tax
issues. Perform business consulting regarding family owned businesses and
succession planning. Preparation of financial statements and financial
forecasts/projections. Accountant in charge on various projects and accounts,
oversee and instruct lower level staff, and delegate work. Perform review of
income tax returns (individual and business).
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and 5 years of
experience. CPA required.
Also, must be knowledgeable in analysis and structure of
business re-organizations, forward planning of business formations, start-ups,
